This may be the first time I have asked for help throughout this whole process, but here I go!
I am trying to lose 40 lbs in the next 3-4 months, what do YOU suggest I do. Any diet, exercise or fitness tips are welcomed!!!
RIght now, I am working out and running 3 times a week and my caloric intake each day is under 1800 calories.
I hope to hear from you! I can't do this alone.
Do you have a gym membership? I know I started losing faster when I started taking cycle classes- they're an intense workout. I'm guessing you don't have time in your schedule to bump it up to working out 4 or 5 days a week? 1800 calories- wow good for you!

Drop your calories to 1500. 1800 is probably right on par to maintain your weight without working out. If you want to continue to lose weight, I'd drop the calories a little more since you're only working out 3 days a week.
ReplyDeleteAlso, try eating cleaner foods. Jillian Michaels is a huge supporter of eating organic, unprocessed foods. So much of what we eat is total crap - preservatives, chemicals, and other corn-based nastiness. If you're serious about being healthy and not just thinner, watch Food, Inc. It will ruin some of your favorite foods, but it's worth it. I cut out all of the chemicals, preservatives, and corn-fed meat. Amy's and Cedarlane make frozen meals that are organic and preservative free (and they actually taste good) so those are great options to take for lunch.
